Ninja Jump - Updates: week 01

You play as a Ninja!  The ninja jumps automatically from pole to pole. While he jumps, there will be obstacles and enemies.
You, the player have to dodge the obstacles, attack the enemies and break the obstacles before you reach the next pole! 
The ninja jumps faster and faster! So you have to be quick.  On your way, you can collect coins and other power ups!

We're implementing the base mechanics, so far everything "works", but it still needs some tweaking  and fine tuning. 
Our main goal now is to have a playable game in two weeks. 

The player jumps from pole to pole automatically:
Our ninja will jump automatically, the platforms will move faster and faster each time you reach 
a certain destination (number of points).

The player can throw shurikens (stars):
The ninja can throw shurikans to destroy enemies and platforms. This will be your
main attack to defend yourself. ( will have upgrades later on)

The player can grab with hooks:
Sometimes, the poles will be too far for the player to jump automatically.
You can assist the ninja by holding down the screen to use a rope.
Use the right momentum and timing to reach your platform


The player can destroy rope obstacles:
You can destroy obstacles, enemies by throwing your shurikans
(will get power ups later on)

We're working on our first iterations of our game for the artwork.

Character:

The main look of our character is created, we're going to play test it first and
see if it fits in our game or not.
(Not the definitive character) 


Weapon:

We will have multiple weapons, this is the first one we will put in our game.
(Other weapons will have different stats)

Background:

We're aiming for a background that will not be too heavy for eyes.
